Bill, so if my math is right, our net profit was $6310.00, correct?

I only looked at the Burton catering bill. If I do a true cost analysis the
profit will be less because I'll allocate cost of the room facilities to the
dinner and reduce the cost of the day time venues.
Haven't figured if I'll try and do that detailed of a cost analysis.
Might find it easier when I get the new accounting system installed and
fully operational in 2006.
