I was actually thinking about the experience required to understand what the
needs and wants of members who do not just concentrate on conformation showing
are and how they could be better represented within the management of the club.
In order to be a healthy club we have to take the entire membership into
consideration.
I just wondered what the experience level on the board was.

I don't understand your question. Why would anyone who works their own
dogs at any stage make a difference? Everyone has to start somewhere and
usually that's at the entry level. Some people reading your post may
misconstrue it as elitist, a perception that we, as a club, are
unfortunately
