You obviously have no idea of what you are talking about! I've been to
several board meetings, in fact the very first one I attended Helen Miller
Fisher was President.
I find it interesting that you answer whenever a question is posed
regarding board business. It took you all of 6 minutes to respond to an email I
posted in reply to one sent by Tish. I expected the flack I received from
exactly those who sent it. I felt it was worth it to at least voice my opinion
and I believe that there is a silent majority on this list that gets it. I
have no issue with the flack sent my way as you are all entitled to your
opinions, as am I. Everyone seems to have ignored the last paragraph of my
post, which is my real concern for the club. For those who missed or ignored
it:
I do appreciate the time and sacrifice of all board members. However, I
fear our club is at a tipping point. Either, we work together proactively,
COMMUNICATE, and quit the childish finger pointing, or our club is doomed to
fail. The shaky status of our club very much replicates the unstable status
of our country. As with our country only we can turn it around. The
choice is ours.
