The GSDCA has a Constant Contact account which is used to send an email
message to those who have email. It does cost something to send but is
relatively cheap. The way to really reach all members is to put something in
the
Review. Do an informative article listing the various organizations, etc.
The Board meets the end of April so if you work up something to send to
Board members by the beginning of April (they need time to read it), the Board
can decide whether to send out the information via Constant Contact.
