I get 2 a year...the Prevnar 13 and 1 other one my VA doc recommended...I
haven't had pneumonia now in 2 years after having it twice 2 years in a row...I
heartily advise those most susceptible to think seriously about getting

Better get a titer done. I had the pneumococcal shot and thought I was good.
Come to find out - I have absolutely no immunity. 2nd shot - still no
immunity.Now they want me to take immunoglobulin every week the rest of my

Not at all versed in this subject area, and I do get a flu shot yearly, and
this year I got a shingles shot! I don't give annual booster shots to my dogs
and I stop at the second rabbi shot, are dogs and cats the only domestic mammals
that routinely get annual shots through out their life time? Ed
