I am seeking advice from those of you who do not have big kennels but raise puppies in the house. Have you ever bred two bitches at the same time within a few days apart? For the first time, I have two bitches who have come in season within the past week. They are both house dogs and with their hormones raging, I have to keep these two separated. I want to breed both of them, but am questioning whether this is a wise idea. I know the work load will be heavy but I am more concerned about how the bitches will act toward each other after the puppies are born. Will there be even more danger of a "bitch" fight or even worse, an attack on the puppies? This is a totally new situation for me and I don't want to proceed without hearing from some of you who might have done this. Thanks.
