When Lamar Fredericks did the judging seminar in Michigan last fall, he
demonstrated the correct temperment test as far as I understand it. I have not
seen it used by one all breed judge yet. They usually have the handler walk the
dog up to them and that's it. Ann

I think Bob Penny would really like to see seminars offered in all parts of the
country on how to do the Test. He has nothing to do with the all-breed judging,
but feels if the AKC wants the test done, the judges should be instructed on
how to do it right.
