If she is a contractor then she is not paid a salary from the GSDCA. What
we pay for the Review I think is in the financial on the GSDCA web site. I
don't remember the figure, but I have seen it, and since it was the low bid
for the quality we demanded, I supposed it was a good deal.
But then, what do I know?
I was just supposing that the GSDCA does not know what is left over from the
production of the Review to be paid to the editor, as that would not be in
our financials but in the Review financial which, as a contractor, is not
given to the customer - GSDCA.
Not sure our other vendors would want to give us salary detail for their
officers and employees either.
That's just my slant on it.
Not that my opinion matters....
