No beating up on Ginnie, but, the infamous "Hunte Board" somehow managed to
displace Royal Canin as a valuable sponsor..........Royal Canin threw great,
elegant hospitality nights before Purina managed to completely take over.
Don't know all the specifics on that, but, something didn't seem right when I
read Tish's report on the costs of this past Hospitality in Ohio.
Anyone remember how cool the Daytona National Hospitality was? Way nice!! All
paid for, and put on by, Royal Canin.
Why do we have no relationship with Royal Canin anymore?

I have been beat up a bit and am reluctant to start a controversy here
--especially since I am the Rec Sec--and a wreck I am:-)
The streaming video will cover performance and conformation. The costs are
not covered and while someone is assigned to look for sponsors that has not
yet been accomplished. Purina did not give us extra money for that this
year. We have not tried to cover the costs in this way before and dont know
how it will turn out. It seemed to be prudent to try to pay for the
streaming video in some way that did not increase the cost to those people
going to
the National. I dont know the thinking of everyone but -- it made some
sense to me.
Do I need to run for cover?
