I agree it should not be personal and I did state that she can only print
what she is given. It may have be worth the amount they are paying at one
time but not any longer. I understand however the board just renewed the
contract in KC so I guess they feel it is worth it. Hopefully the members will
feel as they do or they may have a mass exit at the end of the year.
