Yep, this is what happens when you handle snakes! You can only speak and write
in gibberish. No actually, this is what happens when you go out of town and
your husband messes with your computer......Again! Sorry guys. :-(
Below is what I meant to say...

Molly, if you read my post again, you'll notice that I used the qualifier
"most." Perhaps Copperheads don't have thick bodies in Texas, but they sure do
in NC. Why don't you check out this website with pictures/description of the
Copperhead snake and read to the middle of the page where the Copperhead is
described as being 2-4 ft. long with THICK HEAVY bodies.

Just as Barbara pointed out... It does get tiresome when one tries to offer up
helpful information to the List only to have people try to disprove the
information

Paulette, who has become intimately acquainted with Copperheads after almost
losing a dog and a brother to Copperhead bites.

Copperheads and Coral snakes sure don't have thicker bodies, and there is
nothing more deadly than a Coral. Good thing is, they are small and have to
chew to get a grip...kids get bit by them more oft than not. If a Coral bites
a dog, it is surely game over. I did kill one here several years back, but as
suggested, have let the Rat and Kings stay.........mind you, my 7 ft King still
gives me the shivers when it see it at the edge of the yard.....
