Boy, is that ever breed specific!!! Some heart problems don't show up until the dog is mature.......... Eyes are different, too...some folds that will show up in a puppy eye check disappear as the dog matures, so if they are not there as a puppy, they will never be there...but RD, which can certainly show up later, has not necessarily anything to do with puppy folds....precisely because some disappear.
