Cyclosporin (1% solution) was also what my girl was prescribed. I was also told to keep her to a low fat diet and avoid treats with fat in them. She was on the drops from when she was 4 1/2 years old until she went to the bridge at nearly 11 - they kept the Pannus from progressing any further. Most of the time I got the solution from a specialist vet who had it mixed for him - the last year my regular vet called the prescription into a local pharmacy so I could pick it up locally.
