According to the by-laws, the treasurer shall have a minimum of five (5)
years of public or private accounting experience. I haven't gone to look yet
but I think there is a description of the treasurer's job and duties in the P
&
P which certainly anyone who is interested in being treasurer should take a
look at before applying for the job.
