Laurie will fill out the term as required by the ladder system, she got the
next highest vote for treasurer. She is highly qualified and will help in

As I stated before, the ladder system is used for the Board vacancies. The
treasurer will be appointed by the Board and must fulfill certain
qualifications. Laurie will not take over as treasurer because of the ladder
system.
If she does become treasurer, it will be because she is qualified for the job
and the Board has appointed her.
