In the long run Leanne, it is not fair. So many people cannot travel
therefore would never have the opportunity to ever get to a national. If it
rotates, it gives many a chance every few years to make it there.
There was a membership survey done in 2004 and the overwhelming majority
of members voted for rotation. It is one thing the membership has had
continued influence over, and justly so. It is a national club, not a
regional
one, but I am sure they are many that would also agree with your logic.
