I think the parent club should just pick a spot in the center of the country
and have it at the same spot each year. The GSDCC has their national in
Kitchner 4 out of every 5 years and it seems to work out well. That way
everyone has the time to prepare for it.

St Louis was the year that we realized we would either drive to a National or
not go. Ask how many people had trouble flying out with their dogs the Sunday
after the National. It was chaotic at best.
