I too am sick about this...the fine is a joke...we all spent more than that
just getting them ready for homes...(I did it for the dogs...but she too
should pay)...But ya know what...the courts lately feel like they are just
commodities and the owners can treat them any way they want....they do not
want to prosecute...judges are swayed by "deals" and a bunch of legal
crap...dogs lose AGAIN!...she will be back out there "collecting "again...
