Wow!  What a change from 25 yrs ago when I was a Lab breeder in Marion 
County, IN.  Their new proposal is even more restrictive than Los Angeles.  
Back in the day, as a Newlywed, my husband and I lived in a really cool 
trailer park.  No white trash comments people, LOL!  Obviously we couldn't have 
dog 
runs or anything, but I had 2-3 litters a year.  The pups were always sold 
right away and even when I had a few more dogs than allowed, it was a park 
thing, not an AC thing.  The extra adult dogs ended up placed with neighbors 
and 
life was good.  Most of us also boarded horses about 1/4 mile away.  How the 
hell did things get like this?
