Then there are of course the "holier than thou" types that thinks  anyone 
that doesn't do it "their" way is bad.

So the next time your first response to some situation is "there ought  to be 
a law...."  stop and think - really?  That is most often not the  answer.
I never really thought of it that way.  But, having AC on me only a year ago, 
you are right.  My situation and many others may not have happened except for 
all the "issues" people buy into.  Ok, I am again, over the City limits, but 
my dogs are well taken care of and quiet, compared to some of the neighbors 
dogs. I am zoned Agricultural, but still got nailed.  Sigh.
