So what you're saying is that once a judge becomes licensed they should no 
longer exibit BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Touchy subject with me. Were it not for most of 
these judge/exibitors we wouldn't have what we have now. Look at the Sel(dog 
and bitch)from last years Natl. and then look at the pedigrees to see who the 
ancesters are. At least two are owned/exhibited by judges.
