I have Blue Cross PPO with a 3,000 deductable. (2500 + 500 Rx). 70/30 up
to 10,000 max out of pocket. I currently pay 491.00 a month.
Since I have a rare condition, I can go to a research/teaching hospital
medical center and receive the best & latest treatments in the World. One of
my specialists is from Canada. He says there's money for research here
and that's why he's here instead of there. Thank goodness for private health
care and capitalism that brings the brightest minds to our country. He
only sees patients 1 morning a week so guess which ones he accepts?
Oh...and my former Dr. that totally missed the cancer and then misdiagnosed
me? Yes, he accepts Medicare so that's the quality of Drs that will be
left.
