dry ice is NOT a good option...it is actually frozen carbon dioxide, and
while it doesn't melt to become water, it does "melt" and release CO2 into
the surrounding area...there have been dogs that have died on airplanes
because they were put in the same cargo hold as frozen goods that were
packed in dry ice...
