Hi Linda No, it was not announced to the membership, I called Frank Fasano
today to see what he had to say on the subject, and his reply is what I posted.
I'm pretty certain that between Kathy Potter and Joan Intersimone, the numbers
and financial status of the Futurities for last year will be divulged. I can
understand B&F looking at all the figures and programs, after all , that is
kind of the point of a B&F committee. What Frank said to me was that he did
NOT let it go to a vote at the April Meeting and wants to get better
information and numbers. Now to me that seems pretty logical and responsible.

What I am most alarmed by is the membership not being aware of this initiative
to elimiante all regions. Failry imporatnt subject to mamy of us.
Budget and Finance recommended we stop the system. On FB we have conflciting
inofrmation. Out Fut/Mat Chairs state that we have been profitable. A BOD
states it was reported that it is not. And in between we the members have had
little to no input. Did I m iss this in a Board O Gram or constant contact? I
stand corrected if this was announced to the membership.
