You have hit the nail on the absolute head. Excellent point. Might I add
that those who have marked their ballots and sent them off surely must have
noticed on the inner envelope the phrase, Secret Ballot Envelope, prominently
displayed. At this rate we might as well just have a show of hands for how
secret this out of control election has become.
