JMO also. Just because a handler or owner had to possibly do that for a dog somewhere along the line does not mean they are riddled with it anyway. Dogs traveling like this can be extra stressed and I think it can bring on problems that would not normally happen. On top of that, most handlers do handle other people dogs through various pedigrees so it would be reckless to assume anything. That being said if I were to have a dog this happened to while traveling or any other reason (as long as it was being well cared for and maybe even if it wasn't) I would NOT be using that animal in a breeding program.
