Yep, false preg is possible. However, my vet won't do an ultrasound before 32
days, especially with GSD's as the babies can be up high. An x-ray can be done
after 58 days, I believe. It will pick up the little spines. May not get all
of them, as I have found out, but will tell you if there are babies in there.
Just an idea.

It's possible for them to be wrong...depends on TIMING, the expertise of
he vet & the equipment. See if she has milk in a little bit....
(I don't x-ray or ultrasound. I want a momma-to-be doing the doggie
quivalent of laying around eating bon-bons, lol! and NOT at the vets' where
he
ould be exposed to a sick dog..God forbid!)
One thing is for sure...she's either in whelp or not and time will tell...
