She certainly could be pg. Ultrasound is very operator dependent.
(Ok, vets on the list.... Don't take offense! I am a Registered
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer). She could have one or two that were
up high and difficult to find. I had a bitch that the vet said was
not pg at four weeks who turned out to have one. I also had a sono
done on a bitch at three weeks and we could she that she definitely
was pg. (was a surgical implant, and we knew the date of
ovulation). .....if taking her back for another sono is too expensive,
maybe the vet could do the blood test??? It is supposed to be
accurate after 4 weeks, I believe.
Good luck....hopefully the sono was wrong!!!'
