Everyone
The people who work outside on the Rim use Avon's Skin So Soft for
relief for the no-see-ums that give a nasty bite.
I do not know if is the heavy perfume fragrance that suffocates them or
the oils that drown them, but I can attest that it works. Put it on all
exposed kin and around top of socks etc.
It can usually be found in the stores in the high country.
