[rollei_list] Off topic, classic photo paper

Just scanning a history of technology and came across this 1893 note:
* Velox, a photographic paper invented by <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki//wiki/Leo_Baekeland>Leo Baekeland and sold to <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki//wiki/Eastman_Kodak>Eastman Kodak 
Baekland was born in Ghent, Belgium.
It seems Velox paper had a very long life. The note jumped out to me because Velox was the first contact paper I used, around 1942. Not sure of the date and availability because there was a war going on. Never had an enlarger until 1958.
