Thats a well laid out safety data web site.  Looking at toxicity data is 
difficult if you are not used to it and it appears that every thing is very 
poisonous.  In order to make sense of  this type of data used to ask my 
students to compare it to the toxicity of common table salt, and gasoline, 
these being two substances that they would be more familiar with.  
In this case the comparison is with salt and ortho-phenylenediamine is about 
six times more toxic, and can also cause skin sensitization.  
So not a major panic if you spill some on you, but probably a good idea to wear 
gloves.
