I've been away for a while -- new job, moving, getting settled, etc. -- and lurking now and again.
I second Marc's comment. My "A" is one lovely camera -- compact when folded, and the images are as sharp as any I can get. The only drawback, on mine anyway, is the rather dim Albada finder, but I've learned to live with that.
And, now and again I check prices. Yes, they are fetching a premium right now. Shucks, I might just sell mine and buy one of those M8 things. :-)
