Steve

This week I will have the new E75 and G100 24mm motors from Cesaroni, get
another one out of the closet.

I put sealed balsa fins, clipped delta style, 3/16" thick, on a bashed Estes
SkyWriter and it didn't survive the transition through mach on an AT single
use, 24mm F. Jack G. still delights in busting my chops over that flight. It
was an impressive shred though; biggest piece left was the nose cone.

I realize the planform makes a big difference because of flutter. Just
curious because I been simulating some of my paper and balsa 24mm MMT rockets
using the newly cert'd CTI 24mm loads. The F240VM gets into the 800ft/sec
range! (For comparison an D15 is 230 and an E28 is about 450 ft/sec)
