Agreed - the negs look reasonable. How are you processing the color again?

I agree with Mr Kiss.

The stone in the forest is slightly under exposed, but well within range for
prnting.

The road ahead is pretty much spot-on. The foreground is yellow, but I suspect it is a field that went through a drought, and is in fact yellow.

The center one is a very intense sky, with a similar yellow field. Look at the out-of-focus steering wheel- the color for that is very close to neutral.

There is no processing problem here (or even an incorrect filter); it's just some very intense weather about to happen. I remember this kind of sky from my time in southwest Indiana- makes me glad to be back in Pennsylvania!

OK, FOLKS,

All I see is the standard color mask (mentioned in previous post) that all color negs have to allow printing without excessive filter packs.I see NOTHING out of the ordinary.Am I missing something???

CHEERS!

Took a quick picture of part of a strip on the light box

https://flic.kr/p/2mENZE1

The left most image has normal colour, the middle one has a strong yellow effect, and the right one the effect is present, but much less severe.

Hope this helps shed some light on the issue.

Why don't you put one or more of these negative strips on a light box
and photograph it.  You could then make those
images available so we can see and evaluate them.  If you don't have a
light box open MS Word or Wordpad or whatever
you have.  Use the white screen of your computer's monitor for a white
box.  If we can see what you are describing we
might be able to come up with some good ideas...
