Dear Dave,
Thanks for the warning - the booklet from the Copyright Council
contains a bulletin of the amendments to the copyright act that mentions
this in the case of domestic, child, and wedding photography. I am safe from
this as long as the anti -children trap in front of the studio door is
plugged in and operational. It is expensive to run as it uses up a lot of
electricity but the piece of mind it provides is wonderful.
