If you mean Velour Black it was discontinued at least fifty years
ago. This was a unique paper with a surface like velour or velvet, very
matt. It also had an ivory stock tint that mimicked skin tone. Useful
mainly for low key portraits, it looked almost like a velvet painting.
One story is that the surface was made with felted rabbit fur but I have
no idea if that is true. Its been years since I've seen any.
