I'm sorry if this has been mentioned already, I would start by creasing a few
strips of film with some bad shots on them, in the same way, and experiment
with flattening them.
There have been good suggestions here so far. Try them all. Pressed between
glass, reverse folding, soaking, and applying heat in various ways.
I would scan or print the creased original before doing anything else.
