Georges,

I do not know  how to test for eveness without the lens, but if you try
to test the lens (you have an analyser Pro right?) wide open and at f11
you can at least measure at the corners if it is (partially)  your lens.

But did you notice uneveness in your prints when you did not use your
difusssion things?
