To check accuracy of ND dial you can just use a spot meter on base board. 30 is 
one stop of ND and 60 is 2 stops of ND.

Also to check accuracy of the factors you can again use a spot meter on 
baseboard.
eg 110M should be 1 stop difference from  0M etc.
