In fact those two entities seem to be history as of today.
According to a KSTA, a Cologne based newspaper, the last run of the
"L6" paper machine happened two weeks ago while the last run of the
"K" film coater happened yesterday evening, some 24 hours ago. :-(
That last run happened to be aerographic film, stock to last 5 years
for the belgian Agfa-Gevaert who ordered that last production run. The
Leverkusen plant will prepare one final batch of emulsion to be coated
by Agfa-Gevaert in Mortsel.

The Vaihingen chemical plant is back into more or less normal
schedule, manufacturing chemical solutions and shipping them all over
the world - that includes Scala chemistry and Rodinal.
Rodinal stocks in Germany have been close to depletion, but last week
Vaihingen/A&O set up an improvised distribution system, bringing it
back into mail order businesses.

The Peiting mini lab production line has been sold to PMI (or it´s sub
division Gretag).
