[projectaon] Readers' Handbook Comment Period Begins

Hi all
Further to a post made earlier, the Readers' Handbook wiki will have an official
release shortly, so we're going to run it through a two-week comment period.

Could everyone please spare a few minutes to briefly review the text for errors.
Hopefully there shouldn't be too many. Those that are found can be fixed very
quickly, so there shouldn't be too many problems, I hope.
The Comment Period is scheduled to end 10th September 2006.
