it's also on my grab bag site:
http://grabbag.alacorncomputer.com

there's two files in a zip with instructions for jaws and the best XP configuration, the only thing I disagree with is the setting for wall paper, I use Stonehenge and tiled and have absolutely no trouble, I have also used several other themes and fonts with windows and had little trouble, you just have to be careful about which fonts you let lose on your comp, lucitteia script doesn't work, basically if it sounds too crazy, be careful, I'd switch a document in word pad to it see if jaws can read it right, then allow the theme to reset things if it works fine.

as I said 32 bit color, don't remember my res but its high, I use stone hinge and my own custom sound scheme, and the fonte I use is book antiqua all custom settings.

I have also been known to change all my windows settings to dark blue backgrounds, silver edging and gold trim on the active window without trouble. so some things can be changed, you just need to be careful.

other than that, the instructions are fine.

regards,
inthane

Tyler,
I use 1024 X 768.
I will see if I can find the Xp setup config file and send it to you
I believe you can find the file or instructions on JFWLITE. At least it use
to be there!

 Hi,
Could it be your resolution, or the Desktop Theme? Maybe try windows
classic desktop theme.

   I haven't seen it.
It seems to be multiple issues now--when someone sends me an msn
message, it just sits there and reads the title of the window, like
"<person>-conversation" over and over and over until I actually go to that
window

ah, have you gotten rid of the preview pane yet? folks say that that
thing can get in the way and block your reading.

           Hello list,
I just got my new laptop, and was working on writing a message
here about it, when I noticed a problem.
I haven't noticed this problem before, but with some edit boxes,
I can't arrow up or down.
I'm using jaws 9, with xp pro.
This is mainly happening in Outlook Express, notepad seems to be
working great.
Your ideas would be great, I'd like to get this fixed if
possible.
           TIA,
