Parson I think might need to be farther don't he list.  I think he only
added one bit I am not sure though if Jamal thinks he should be up with him
don't matter to me but from what I understand he didn't do anything but add
a bit.

Yaa, I know the way science writes down authors is pretty silly --- no
argument from me! Thanks for everyone's responses, I'll go with the
following order, as it seems to be the consensus:

Mazrui, Jamal and Pearson, Will and Roth, Travis and Perry, Ken and Bahram,
Sina and Torpey, Peter
