In my experience, Chamandeep is correct, there just isn't much out there. There was a Ph.D. dissertation several years back on UML for the blind, which was excellent, by Alasdair King, if I recall. It's great work, although to my knowledge it hasn't been integrated into any commercial tools. For what it's worth, there's rumors going around that NetBeans is getting a new UML architecture in the relatively near future. I've been talking a little and I'm really hoping we can make this accessible in Sodbeans. That's a bit down the road, and doesn't help anyone today, but hopefully in the future.
