This was my experience also, though extra time was granted prior to the exam
to account for this way of dealing with things.

Hi.  I took the microsoft certification a few years back, and I had an
invigilator present who read me the questions and wrote down my choice.  I
was certainly not granted access to any computer in any shape or form.

what are you smoking?
I just took both A+ exams about a month ago and you are not allowed to
install jaws.
I had a man sitting next to me and he read the question and answers and
clicked my chosen answer.
The same thing happened about eight years ago for the mos exams.
