Not very professional are we? I would think someone with 2 A+ certs and an
MOS cert from 8 years ago would be professional. Hope you don't ask your
supervisor what they smoke every time they say something. What testing
center did you go to? What country did you take the certs in? Testing
centers should have a version of JAWS already installed on a single testing
center workstation. I surely wouldn't want someone reading/typing my answers
to a test that requires me to evaluate or interpret source code, especially
some of the .net 4/4.5 certs, or the Java cert for that matter.

what are you smoking?
I just took both A+ exams about a month ago and you are not allowed to
install jaws.
I had a man sitting next to me and he read the question and answers and
clicked my chosen answer.
The same thing happened about eight years ago for the mos exams.
