It's definitely possible with wxWidgets - I use the c++ version, but I seem
to recall somebody else on this list using the Python variant.

winforms, it is not accessible with NVDA, and my 1 query:
can a totally blind person Develop user interfaces? with WX widgets, wx
python, WX net or winforms?
