If you can review text with numpad in teraterm, do the following:
Find the start of text you want to copy and hit nvda+f9. Then find the end of
text and hit nvda+f10.
After this you could have selection copied to clipboard. Note that this works
for example in notepad or web pages when you navigate with arrows.
