I bought this computer 6 1/2 years ago. I don't think the CD is OEM. I've never had to reload Windows. I'm a collector. I have so much junk on this computer I can't find it but I can't live without it. <G> I can't buy a new computer because I could never get all this junk transferred to the new computer. I have a hard drive with four partitions plus a slave drive that came from the computer before this one. I could do a system restore but if it involved more than that I'd be unhappy to say the least. I'll wait. Everything runs fine. I don't need to mess things up. <G> Vern > MS just notified me they are ready to send the SP3 update. I > have an old > AMD chip set. Has SP3 been fixed or should I continue waiting? ========================= The list's FAQ's can be seen by sending an email to PCWorks-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with FAQ in the subject line.
