An email pal sent me to a site for a registry cleaner. It comes with a tutorial and many screen shots, and even after seeing all this, I am scare stiff of using something in the registry and wondered if you would give me advice on this program. I would definitely like to keep my pc running without getting sluggish. http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour/?2 Dot ----- Original Message ----- From: ">>*^*<<ML>>*^*<<" <my2punkin@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, January 25, 2007 12:59 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: registry cleaner I stopped using anything but EasyCleaner. Every other program I used caused me to have to do a Windows restore because I lost files..And not knowing myself what NOT to delete I found any other program too dangerous to use... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Andrew Dulaney Jr." <rdulaneyjr@xxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, January 25, 2007 3:18 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: registry cleaner mornin Betty: there are several I am currently using eusing http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_cleaner/registry_cleaner.htm but EasyCleaner http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm and Karen's Registery Pruner http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptpruner.asp are just as good.
